In this article I am going to present an insider’s view of this process. What you are about to read is the experience of an associate of mine. He is an MCSE, or at least he was. I’ll let him tell his story in his own words. You should find this interesting.
Hi. My name is Steven. I am 48 years old and out of work. That may seem strange considering that I have a number of certifications including a Novell CNA and a Microsoft MCSE. So what’s the problem?
To answer that question you need to have some background information.
I originally went to school for Accounting but lost interest. I eventually graduated with a degree in business, which at the time was good for nothing. Then my wife to be brought home an ad for computer training. This was long before Microsoft was big. We were still on DOS 3.0. Anyway, I went to school and learned COBOL and RPG. That did me a lot of good too because I had no experience and at the time these languages were already on their way out. I eventually did find a job but working on PCs. I worked on an Apple III.
This lead to a teaching position, teaching BASIC on TRS 80 computers. Eventually this died out too and I was out of work, yet again.
To make a very long story short, the cycle continued until networking became big. I got a Novell CNA and then eventually a Microsoft MCSE. I was set for life. Or so I thought. But let me back track just a little.
Before getting my MCSE I had to go through extensive training. The number of courses I had to take were mind boggling. The amount of information was mind boggling. I didn’t know how I was going to keep all of that in my head, let alone pass an exam on it.
Then the first exam came. I failed. I studied more and went to retake it. Much to my shock, the exam was almost completely different with probably 70% of the questions different. Yes, there is so much information in these exams that you can actually take one of them 3 times (which I had to do) and still not get a majority of the same questions twice. Finally though, I passed the first exam and then after a period of nine months I passed all seven. It was the most horrible time of my life. But at least I was set.
At least that’s what I thought.
At the time of the exam the system was Windows NT 3.51. If you know anything about computers and Microsoft you know that this particular operating system is long dead and buried. And as the changes came, I too became dead and buried.
Why?
To answer that question you have to understand how companies work. They always feel they have to have the latest technology, even though what they had was more than adequate to do the job. Part of this problem though is with Microsoft. They don’t support old systems. So companies are forced to upgrade. With that comes the forcing of employees to get recertified and learn the new systems. This is where I just couldn’t keep up. It was hard enough for me to pass the exams the first time. I wasn’t about to even try again.
Sure enough, my company wanted me to learn the new systems and get recertified. I asked them what would happen if I didn’t. They said they would have to let me go. I saved them the trouble. I quit.
I am telling you this story for a reason. If you are considering getting an MCSE certification you need to be prepared for exactly what happened to me, not just with losing my job if not getting recertified but the actual difficulties with the exams themselves. The amount of information is overwhelming and it won’t be easy to pass seven exams. Then be prepared to constantly have to upgrade your skills as Microsoft isn’t going to stop trying to make more money

Passive-Aggressive Personality types will often sabotage all
areas of their life in the sense that they often complain about
any demands put on them. They may not voice the complaint or may
do what is asked of them, but in their mind that is cussing the
source that what they believe made them do the work.
Passive-Aggressive Personality types are just as it sounds.
They often are passive outward and aggressive inwards. The
Passive-Aggressive types often anger others around them, yet the
other person may feel wrong since they are not clear on the
foundation that caused the anger. These types of people are
deceiving since they are often obscure with their tactics in
persecuting others.
They will often blame everyone around them rather than owning up
to their part in conflicts. For example, Mary confronted Bob
expressing to him that his behaviors were unconstitutional and
were causing problems. Bob looks at Mary with an astonished
glare and says you are the problem Mary. I did what I was
supposed to do, and I did nothing wrong while doing it. I have
no idea what you are talking about. Passive-Aggressive
Personality disorders are controversy, and are only one type of
disorder that the experts dispute yet use everyday. Another type
of personality disorder that is questionable is the
Self-Defeating Personality Disorder. This type will often
associate with persons that will cause harm to or persecute the
individuality of the self-defeated person.
This type will also excuse another individual offer help to him
or her, even if help is needed. This type may also anger others
around them and display hurt when confronted by the other
individual. The two personality types rarely hold a permanent
relationship and will often make excuses when their symptoms are
addressed.
Sadistic Personality Disorder was recently removed for the DSM
manual simply because the experts did not have a foundation for
the diagnose. The symptoms include, controlling behaviors. They
are often violent and will harm others to uphold their control
over another individual. This type is similar to psychopathic
and antisocial personality types in the sense they rejoice when
they hurt others, including animals. They often delight or
entertain self with sources including weapons, torture, and
other dangerous items. This type will often resort to abusing
alcohol and drugs, as well as humans. They often are in
relationships with victims of abuse, and will search out anyone
that they feel is easy to control.
Even if the person is submissive, they will find reason to
torture or hurt the person because this is what gives them
pleasure. Persons that suffer Sadistic Personality Disorders are
often survivors of abuse, and are extremely angry at the world
around them. No one is good enough and everyone is an enemy out
to hurt them in their minds. They often are in denial, even if
they cause harm to others, they will blame the victim. If you
are around this type, it is important to get out of there
quickly, since this type is prone to murder. Similar to a
psychopathic these types cannot maintain a steady relationship
and will most always hurt the person involved in their lives.
Antisocial Personality Disorders is also up in the air.
Although the traits of this type can be seen in Psychopathy, it
is rated differently simply because a few symptoms are lacking.
Children if diagnosed with this disorder are listed under
Conduct Control Disorders, and after the age of eighteen, they
are then viewed as Antisocial Personality. This type is also
dangerous and will harm animals and people. They often take
great pleasure in causing harm to others and the more torture
involved the more they like the action.
This type of person is another person that has difficulty in
relationships and often center out persons that have been
abused. They enjoy controlling others around them and rarely
take responsibility for their behaviors. It is important to
contact a professional if you notice anyone with the listed
symptoms around you behaving this way. Getting help now can save
you despair in the future, and may even save someone’s life in
some cases.
You will be amazed at the shocking truth on how easy it is to avoid divorce. And about the role of fresh bread.
More than 50 years ago, when I was a lad living in a small country town, I awoke six days a week to the delight of the day.
In the pre-dawn haze the aroma of fresh baked bread -from a wood fired oven - would waft into my bedroom and entice me to get out of bed in search of its source.
Not much was delivered fresh to our town. The papers only came twice a week. Apples and oranges once a week. And ice-cream came fortnightly.
But every day Mr Withers baked fresh bread that drew many from their beds in search of a half a high-top loaf for their breakfast. It was carried home carefully and eaten with lashings of butter and marmalade or strawberry jam. In drought times everybody had melon jam. It was the cheapest.
In the years of my youth Mr. Withers never had a day off and always baked Monday to Saturday. He served up the steaming high top loaves broken in half with a smile that confirmed his labor of love.
He had his daily labor to bake. My labor was to partake of the bread and enjoy it.
What has Mr. Withers routine got to do with divorce avoidance?
I’m so glad you asked.
You see when I got remarried to my wife, after we had been divorced for two years, I asked the Lord for some guidance on how to keep our relationship as on fire as it was when we first met. My deep heart desire was to never get divorced again.
He called to my remembrance my early morning fresh bread experience. My appointment with Mr Withers. His devotion. His reliability. His smile.
And I really hope you get this because it will change your married life for ever.
I was prompted to regard my marriage like a daily fresh baked loaf of bread.
It must have an enticing “aroma”. It must be treated as a relationship that starts afresh every day. My wife must feel attracted to me just like when we first met.
Your divorce avoidance mission, should you decide to accept it, is to daily behave in a way that makes you interesting to your life partner.
You can have “fresh bread” daily in your marriage by praying together and asking the Lord for his help as your Senior Partner.
You can also have “fresh bread” daily by being a lifelong learner and keen to share your discoveries with your loved one.
Finally, you can have “fresh bread” daily in your physical relationship by treating your body as a vessel created to provide pleasure for your life partner.
You now know The Shocking Truth about divorce avoidance.
When you have fire in your desire you will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free.

The French Language
Roughly around 200 million people around the world speak French. This number includes people who speak French as a native language, as a second language and students of all ages who do not live in a francophone (French-speaking) country but have learned French. In fact French as a foreign language is the second most commonly taught language worldwide after English. It is also the only foreign language that can be useful throughout the world as well as in the United States. French comes in second after English on the list of the world’s 10 most influential languages. Proof of this is the pivotal role French holds. It is one of the official working languages in dozens of powerful international organisations such as the European Union (EU), United Nations (UN), World Health Organisation (WHO), World Trade Organisation (WTO), and a host of other worldwide institutions.
The French language of today is a direct result of long periods of evolution. France, throughout its long history, had been invaded by different ethnic tribal groups. The most distinguished of these are the Franks. They adopted the Latin being spoken at that time. Thus, the French language is a descendant from Latin. It is also known as one of the Romance languages which include Catalan, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. They are called such because their parent tongue Latin was the language of the Romans. Over the years, the early French language has undergone changes in words and grammatical structures. It has evolved into today’s global French.
Frenchspeak - Here, There and Everywhere
The French-speaking world spans the entire globe with its language heard in all the continents. Aside from English, French is the only language spoken as a native or first language on 5 continents.
In Europe, French is the official language of France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Belgium and Switzerland. France with a population of more than 60 million is one of the most modern countries in the world. It is one of the predominant leaders in the European Union. French is a co-official language in Switzerland. This picturesque country is one of the world’s richest countries. It is the centre of many international associations. Belgium, in the half past century, has emerged as a progressive European state. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is home to the headquarters of the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO).
In Africa, the French-speaking countries include Algeria, Burundi, Benin, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Comoros. Cote d’Ivoire, Gabon, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Guinea, Madagascar, Morocco, Rwanda, Togo, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Tunisia, Mauritius, Reunion and Seychelles.
In the Americas and the Caribbean, French is spoken in Canada, Haiti, French Guiana, Martinique and Guadeloupe (these last three are French territories).
In Australia and the Pacifics, Vanuatu and the overseas French territories French Polynesia, New Caledonia and Wallis and Fortuna are French-speaking.
In many other countries, French plays a significant role either as an administrative, commercial or international language. Some of these countries are Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Egypt, Greece, India, Italy, Laos, Lebanon, Mauritania, Poland, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom (Channel Islands), United States particularly Louisiana and New England, the Vatican City and Vietnam. Clearly, the French language is spoken everywhere.
